Booking Confirmation and Payment
- Your details are collected through Paystation secure payment gateway.
- A refundable one cent payment is made to verify your credit card information.
- We will send confirmation of your booking via email.
No payment is required at the time of booking, (except for a refundable 1 cent verification on your credit card)
but we do require credit card details to secure your booking. All payments are made on arrival. Your credit card will not be processed prior to your arrival unless:
an advance payment is required as you are arriving late.
the cancellation policy applies.
you request an advance payment.
Multi day group bookings may be required to pay a deposit.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. Click here to see full policy.
Please note our Cancellation policy:
No Charge if cancelled by noon two days prior to arrival date, cancellation after this may, at our discretion, incur a charge equal to the total tariff.
Please note our Group booking Cancellation policy:
No Charge if cancelled 30 days before arrival date, after this date all cancellations may, at our discretion, incur a charge equal to the total tariff.
